The mission of the Sweetwater Ministerial Alliance is to be an ecumenical organization which provides churches with an opportunity to join together in worship, missions and in support of the community of Sweetwater, TX. Purpose To encourage and support faith development through opportunities for fellowship, worship and service. To be an avenue for understanding and information about one another and our various faith traditions. To engage in missions together by supporting the community and meeting the physical needs of the families within the community. To initiate and support ecumenical worship services and gatherings within the community such as the Thanksgiving Worship Service, Lenten Lunches, See You At The Pole, National Day of Prayer and Easter Sunrise Services. To be an avenue for the faith community to speak to issues within the community when those issues need a faith perspective. |
